Returns for Store Credit Only
We welcome all qualifying returns for store credit/exchange only within 7 days from date of arrival. If you would like another size - we do encourage you to purchase the correct size right away and we would happily refund your payment once we receive your return. Please include your new order number with your return.
Non-qualifying items are items that smell of smoke, have stains, makeup or deodorant markings, animal hair, or that have been washed/worn, or damaged. Items must be in its original condition with tags attached. If your items do not qualify for store credit/exchange you will need to arrange for items to be returned to you. If arrangements are not made within 30 days, the items will be donated to a local shelter or church organized thrift store.
If you are returning shoes, the shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box such as the box that your shoes were mailed to you in.
Once we receive returned items, they will be processed within 3 business days. Upon processing you will be issued a store credit through your customer account email for the price of the item(s) and you will be able to use your credit on another fabulous item from our online store. Shipping fees are non-refundable
If you need to make any changes to your order, please email us at email@example.com immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will do our best to modify the contents of your order but once it is out for shipping we may not be able to. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. Orders may not be cancelled.
Store credits will never expire!
Clearance Items (SALE SECTION included) are marked at/or below cost. They are deals on items that we have a limited amount to offer, and we are making room for new goodies - due to this - they are a FINAL SALE.
For Hygienic purposes and the best interest of our customers - All sales are final on earrings, seamless bottoms, hair accessories (including hats), socks, and eyewear.
Defective Items OR Problems with Shipment
PLEASE inspect ALL items as soon as they arrive. All damages and any problems need to be reported within 2 days of arriving to info@herhappyplaceshopping. We take care to inspect items before shipping, but we are human and will be happy to make a mistake right with you! Please do not use scissors when opening packages as this is a common cause of product damage.
Please take care in reading tags for instructions on how to properly take care of your item because we know you love them as much as we do.
